Can I invest in Marrakech without living in Morocco?
In many cases, yes: foreign investors and Moroccans living abroad acquire riads, villas and hotels in Marrakech. The conditions depend on your situation and on the property, however; they are checked case by case with a notary or a qualified adviser, whom we help you to engage.
How does the property search work?
We start by defining your criteria: intended use, budget, neighbourhood, floor area and the level of work you are prepared to take on. We then shortlist properties, organise viewings, on site or remotely, and help you assess the potential and constraints of each one.
How are the formalities coordinated?
Regulated deeds and advice are provided by licensed professionals (notaries, advisers, authorities). Our role is to coordinate their work, prepare the necessary documents and explain each step to you.
Can I hire you for the renovation only?

Can you manage the property once it has opened?
Yes, management and operations can be part of the support or be entrusted to us later. The scope — guest services, upkeep, bookings, marketing — is defined together.
