Our purpose
OUIRGANE supports those who wish to acquire, transform or bring to life a riad, a villa or a hotel in Marrakech.
Our role is to bring the right skills together around each project and to ensure its coherence, from the first conversation to the arrival of the first guests. We believe that a place of character is not an asset like any other: it is a living heritage, which calls for time, attention and a close understanding of its surroundings.

Understanding the medina before transforming it.
Narrow lanes, sometimes difficult access, houses turned towards their courtyard, living materials: the medina of Marrakech has its own rules. Knowing them helps avoid many setbacks and reveals what makes a riad beautiful.
Tadelakt, zellige, carved plaster, cedar wood: these crafts are handed down in the city’s workshops. We love to work with them and to put them at the service of today’s riads, villas and hotels.
